The standard unit for color temperature is Kelvin (K). Brightness is measured in lumen. Standard halogen bulbs produce yellow light at 3200K. Xenon HID technology produces white light at 4200K. The color temperature for bluish white light is 5000K. The color and brightness of the headlights in the visual is not an actual representation of Philips headlights.
The product is not road legal but is directly interchangeable with your existing bulbs. There's no need to modify your vehicle, just replace the lamps.

These are what I've been looking for. Nice bright white lights, very close to HID's. Will be using these all the time. And if your wondering police don't bat an eyelid

theses bulbs are perfect, i wanted as close to bi zenon look as poss and these bulbs are the closest u can get without having to hid install. Ok they are 'not road legal' but tbh they look jus like my st bi zenon factory . A nice blue/white light and on a new car pretty sure you wont get stopped . Well worth the price tag !! Do it !!! Get these !!
