toyota corolla xli 1999 turboed. DIY,swapped from stock bulbs to Philips X-treme Vision +130% H4 in less than 20min, BAAM ! huge difference on low beam. safer ride and confident during rainy night (no need of fog light after the swap) high beam used only above 90 km/h and won't go to lower beam when speeding better clarity over speed-distance. Excellent quality bulb!

I live in Canada, and I have never purchased anything online from the UK. To my surprise, with the current value of our $, the Philips 130+ H4 Halogen bulbs were cheaper, free shipping included, than the US, where I purchase 100% of my online items from..The item took a little longer to arrive but was less expensive!...Will consider doing the same in the future 'if' the price is right. m

Having been used to driving vehicles with HID lights I just wanted a bit extra of extra light on my van lights. I would say these present a marginal improvement over standard light bulbs but it's not a massive difference, as advertised they do provide a bit more clarity for distance viewing at night. Would I recommend? Well if you're in the market for new bulbs these are not bad and at least they are not silly money compared to standard bulbs. Do they compare to HID - no, not even close. Note the light output is slightly whiter than the standard factory bulb.
